XEROX 5750 COLOR

 DOES ANYONE HAVE A CLUE WHAT THE ERROR CODE 005 IS ON THE XEROX 5750 COLOR. I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR A WEEK TO FIND THIS

I'm not sure if I can be of any help on this,
but, generally any lower code ( 000x ) on most Xerox stuff is a hard fail software/Input power/ or some sort of memory..

I'm sure someone may chime in with a more correct solution, but look in those areas first.

you must also reset the NVM
2+start
6789
dc131 start
NVM for 005 set to 0

I have tried pressing 2 + start, but it does not do anything on the 5750.
Am I missing something?
