DCP 700 Print Dimension problem

Hi to all,

I have a DCP 700 (bought 2 months ago) and I see that the maximum dimensions printed, are 4 to 5mm smaller than the dimensions given by the Xerox brochure.
Do anybody know if this is right?
I made the same question to Xerox and they are not responding for 2 months...

Can anybody help me on this?

Which dimensions you can print?

Did you tried to connect laptop with pws diagnostic to machine?
