ghosting on prints

customer is complaining of the prints ghosting?  haven't been to site yet so don't really know what they are talking about.  just thought i would put this out there to see if anyone has had this problem.  will be go there tomorrow morn. when they open up again.  i'll check in the morn. to see if anyone has any solutions.  i know this is asking a lot but.....

found the problem.  the cleaning brush cover had a seized bearing, and not permitting the brush to turn.  that is why the previous image never got completely cleaned off.

you have to ask yourself ...if that's the condition the cover is in....Hmmmmm.....I wonder what the rest of the cleaner is like..... :?

Exactly.  I completely cleaned the whole system out, pulled the hoses out back off, took the PR Belt Assy. out and found a lot of toner underneath it.  What a mess.  Everything is clean and print is back to normal.
