Hi Folks,

do we need an PWS for diagnostic on the Nuvera?
Where can I get this PWS?

You don't need the PWS like you do on the DocuColor products, where diagnostics is run on the PWS via a serial or USB connection to the machine.

 You will need the documentation and parts lists in the EDOC, and bulletins/service tips available in SearchLite to do the service job efficiently.

A diagnostics button should be available from the  System dropdown on the DocuSP tool bar. 
You need to be logged in or it's greyed out and not selectable.

If diagnostic access is NOT available, then the diagnostic license has probably expired.  This can be checked at    Setup, Feature Licenses..

Again, login is necessary.
