I am wondering if any one else has run into this problem. I have 3 toshiba e studio 165 copiers I bought used for resale. they all have the print/scan board and enabler, three different board, and three different enablers. I have installed the enablers on all three of the machines separately and although they light up, the scan function button does not function. I find it hard to believe I got 3 bad boards and or three bad enablers. Is there something in either the 08's or 05's I shoudl have done, or did I miss something?
