Mother Xerox has so many lawsuits underway in progress , KT , it's difficult to keep up with all of them . The Association of Retired Xerox Employees on their web site at :

makes an attempt , and to my knowledge , most all of the past lawsuit deadlines have expired for past Xerox employees to take part . I'll do some more research , KT , and see if I can report back here again .

Appreciate the research and link , KT . Ex - Xeroids should be able to contact the legal firm on the link and get their questions answered as to weither they can be a party to the suit and receive the benefits . Sounds like this legal action is further along than most .

where I was asked to moderate and post on my own topic called , " Allan Insights " by that site's owner and creator about various subjects of interest to myself and hopefully others .  . This discussion board is open to the public and several members of this board , like Kilo , recently joined over there too . It's mostly about investing , but posts about most other topics are fine too .

I also post on a few other sites like Vanguard's " Bogleheads " discussion boards and other sites like that too , but usually link to posts from those sites through my Best of Breed discussion forum topic .

Don't post anymore on ARXE because my " blog " style of posting was " too " much chatter for that site's moderator , David Coriale , so I decided to not post there in the future . But am still a big fan and supporter of ARXE and advise every retired Xeroid who is qualified to join them at :

in their fight to preserve our Xerox retiree benefits .  Follow that board every day too , but just " lurk " there now and still intend to maintain my ten year membership over there in the future . Once a " Xeroid " , always a Xeroid . It's impossible to turn your back on 28 years of wonderful employment even if Xerox ain't the same anymore .

Maintaing my snow bird life style between Alaska & Hawaii and am presently in Kailua - Kona til May where I winter surf every morning in warm tropical waters .  . Retirement is wonderful ... even if my old Xerox ESOP shares are still underwater from when I retired and left Xerox .

I am interpeting it as the esop share that was suppose to be promis at $72 a share. And it was only $16 a share.

You might want to go back to the link you gave on this topic on " Reply # 2 on February 23 , 2009 " earlier this calendar year to see if you can possibily recover any of your past Xerox retirement benefits that you may have lost in the past .

Anyone else here have any ideas on how KT might prove and recover any of his past Xerox retiree benefits he may have lost in the past . ? ?

p.s. I'm bring this topic back up again because KT has sent me a personal email very recently asking me for suggestions on how he might possibily recover any past Xerox retirement benefits he might be entitled to from his past employment with Xerox Corporation and I suggested that he attempt to join ARXE because one of their steps they check in their application process is to see IF you are a QUALIFIED Xerox retiree and can join ARXE . The second possible check is with Social Security to check their past work history records to show KT's past employment records with Xerox Corporatation through Social Security .

Anyone have any other ideas . ? ?
