Xerox docucolor 252 with a FreeFlow problems

Hello

I have a Xerox docucolor 252 with a FreeFlow Print Server.

Yesterday, when I start the copier and Print Server, I received this messages:

Could you tell me how can I download and reinstall FreeFlow Print Server on this machine?

It looks like it lost the xrxusr sign in credentials. When it boots up, try a repair boot a few times, see if you can recover some files to get it to log in. The server was either shut down improperly or the disk is going bad. You will need the software and the license information to reload after replacing the drive. Use caution with the old drive, you may be able to get vital info from it before you replace it.

I solved.

a Xerox technician reinstalled the freeflow applications.
