Well I finished the new section of this site. The server resides in a country where certain things are not illegal.
It deals with Torrents ( BitTorrent ) and file sharing. Everything is integrated into a message board.
So far it's been a success, after the first month 221 members with 1.3 TeraBytyes transfered.
