Interposer blower motor pulley
« on: March 06, 2010, 02:29:00 PM »
Does anyone know the easy way to remove the blower motor pulley when replacing the motor.  There is a retaining clip but after removing that the pulley still wont come off.  I tried prying on the pulley but it snapped off.  Now I have to buy a pulley to replace it.  There is nothing in the repair section on how it comes off.

Apply some WD-40 on the end of the shaft, wait few minutes then use a light hammer and tap on the end of the shaft until it becomes free. It worked great for me.
