Xerox Workcenter 7665 diagnostic entre proceedure

does anyone know how to enter diagnostic mode on a Xerox Workcenter 7665  ?

Hi exroid,

Hold down "0" key for 5 secs and press green "Start" button. The machine should ask for a password. 6789 and press "Confirm". Make sure you have a backup of the NVM (either NVM sheets located in Tray1 or a copy on PWS/floppy).

Unless you're using a machine which has the NEWER software on it (033.xxx.xxx version rather than the older 032.xxx.xxx) in which case the procedure is:

While pressing "*" and "#" at the same time, also press STOP. Then 6 7 8 9. Then you're in.

All 7675's have 033 software on them. Also, all 7665 and 7655 models produced after the time of the 7675's introduction also have 033 software of them. For 7665 and 7655 models which shipped before that, with the 032 software, it is a PAID upgrade, not a general update.
