Title: Xerox DC c320 scan to email error

Hello,

This is my first post here.

I have a DC c320 which is giving error 016-781 when I try to scan to email.  That means that the printer cannot connect to a FTP server.  I don't want to use an FTP server and, apparently, you don't need to.  I can't turn that feature off.  Does anyone have any ideas?

to scm email you need to set the dns and the smtp server ip as what you have at the computer setting use the http key in your m/c ip and set it >
