I'm trying to install a DC12 with a Splash G630. It works between the Fiery and the printer but I cannot get it to print from Windows XP. It will just sit in the queue and I can't get a Windows Test Page. It will ping and I've installed it the same as any other printer using the Add Printer wizard. Is there some step I'm missing? (queue name maybe?).

Setup the print driver as an LPR port, assign the top line with the IP address of server, next line should be labeled Print or Hold. Print will spool directly and print , Hold holds the document in Splash until you send from the splash.
