I've been working on those for the past few years as well.
They are great little copy/print/scan boxes.
I was glad to see that they slowed down the 105. It had too many issues.

I recommend that all my Docutech customers use the canons for scanning into Acrobat, then shoot them to the Docs.

For the smaller office type of copier you can't beat the IR 5000.
Runs and runs .

Of course for high volume nobody can beat or match the docutech series of printers . Also, Xerox has the best color boxes on the planet , nobody has matched the quality of the IGEN and the Docucolor type of printer.
-that being said -
the document centre machines are the crappiest running machines I have ever attempted to work on. Always overtoned or undertoned, software always crashing ,Xerox always trying to keep the diagnostic software from third party vendors..

Canon has no software fees , doesn't take a pws to use diagnostics and the parts are easy to locate and purchase - that's why xerox is loosing the mid- volume copier market..

Hey,
We have also migrated from the Dt- Series and are into the IR-110; Nexpress/Heidelberg/9110.
The machines have been wonderful in the replacement of the docutechs.
Do you have parts available for the 110s?  If you have customers, we have machines for sale.
Installed and service training available.  Let me know.
